Brig (Dr.) Rajiv Divekar is a veteran soldier and an academician. He had a very distinguished career in the Army, which included service with the United Nations in Somalia and Lebanon. Dr. Alka Maurya is a Computer Science Graduate and has done her Master's in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi, India, and her Ph.D in International Business from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, India. She has over 28 years of experience in teaching, research and consulting. She has worked with Amity International Business School (AIBS), Amity University, Uttar Pradesh, where she was engaged in teaching, research, and consulting in the area of International Business. Dr. Alka was working in the industry before joining AIBS. She worked with The Plastics Export Promotion Council (Plexconcil) as Deputy Director where she worked on several projects for promoting exports of plastic products from India. She led many delegations of plastic exporters to explore opportunities in the foreign market. Before Plexconcil, she was working with NCTI (National Centre for Trade Information), a UN-designated Trade Point in India, where she was associated with various projects of the Department of Commerce, Export Promotion Councils, Commodity Boards, etc. She worked with a few Export Houses as well to have hands-on experience in international trade processes and procedures. Dr. Alka has been recognized with multiple national and international accolades for her contributions in research and teaching. She is invited as a keynote speaker for various international/national conferences and seminars in the area of international Business. She has published several books and research papers/ case studies in her area of specialization. Teaching and research are her passion, and she also likes to spend her time shaping young minds to take up the challenges in this dynamic and competitive environment.
Prof. Dr. Netra Neelam has about 2 decades of experience in the field of higher education. She is a gold medalist from Ness Wadia College of Commerce in the M.Com examination and was a topper in the PGDHRM programme at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM-Pune). She completed her M.Phil from Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce with an Outstanding Grade. She pursued her Ph.D in HR from Symbiosis International (Deemed University) under the Faculty of Management. She is also a recognized Ph.D research guide and currently guiding 8 Ph.D scholars at Symbiosis International (Deemed University).

student is one who has domain knowledge and is strong at
Analytics.

She has published several manuscripts in International and National Journals and also serves on the Editorial Board of several International Journals across publishing houses like Inderscience, Emerald and IGI Global. She has organised and chaired several International conferences and has guided Ph.D. students in the domain of CRM, Branding and Online Marketing.
She teaches Digital Marketing and Marketing Analytics. Prior to her present stint at Symbiosis,
