Prof. (Dr.) Shrirang Altekar holds a Ph.D. in Consumer Behavior. He is also an alumnus of the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune itself, a top B - School in India, from where he obtained his Master’s in Business Administration, with Marketing as his area of specialization.He has extensive knowledge of technical and non-technical areas of business and has been involved in running businesses at the strategic level. He comes with a total experience of more than 40 years, with industry experience of 23 years, and academic experience of 17 + years, with over 12 years’ experience as a Director. He has worked in a consulting, advisory and learning and development capacity with several corporates in the FMCG, Insurance, Manufacturing, Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Aviation Sectors. His love for academics and a desire to give back to his Alma Mater coincided with a planned shift to academics in 2006. Prof. Altekar also holds a degree in Law, and is a member of the All India Management Association, New Delhi. He was the Chairman of the Curriculum Evaluation Committee and the Academic Audit Committee of the Symbiosis International (Deemed University) (SIU) for 2 years.
Prof. Altekar has served on several Committees of Symbiosis and the Symbiosis International (Deemed University). He is a member of the Academic Council as well as the Board of Studies of the University. He was also a member of the Board of University Development, SIU. He Chairs the Board of Studies Sub – Committees on General Management and Strategy of the Faculty of Management of SIU. In the past, he has also been nominated on the Departmental Promotions Committee and the Post Membership Academic Committee of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a statutory body formed under an Act of Parliament. He has also been nominated on a Task Force Committee by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports for driving Excellence in Sports Universities. Prof. Altekar has been a member of the Higher Education Committee of the Indo - French Chamber of Commerce and Industry for a few years, and also was the Vice Chairman of the Committee. In 2020, he was awarded the Academic Leader of Ideas and Innovation award by ASSOCHAM.
Prof. Altekar has been invited to lecture at prestigious institutions like the Higher Command Wing, Army War College, MHOW, the UGC Academic Staff College, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, and the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, New Delhi. He has also been invited as a panelist and keynote speaker by various organizations like the Dainik Bhaskar group, The Times of India Group, and IFCCI. He has been instrumental in bringing to his students some of the best practices in industry, to enhance and supplement their academic inputs, and is highly acknowledged as a Teacher and a Learning and Development expert.
He was the Director of SCMS Noida for 8 years, and is widely credited with having brought it up to feature in the top 25 BBA Institutes in India in 2018. He has founded and headed Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, ( the flagship brand of Symbiosis ) in Nagpur. Currently, he also holds charge of Symbiosis Centre for Corporate Education, Nagpur, and has founded, and held charge of Symbiosis Centre for Skill Development, Nagpur, from April 2019 to June 2021. From April, 2019, till 31st March, 2021, he was also entrusted the additional responsibility of founding and establishing Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Nagpur.
As a proven campus and institution builder, he is now back with his Alma Mater as the Director, SIBM Pune.

Prof. Dr. Netra Neelam has about 2 decades of experience in the field of higher education. She is a gold medalist from Ness Wadia College of Commerce in the M.Com examination and was a topper in the PGDHRM programme at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM-Pune). She completed her M.Phil from Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce with an Outstanding Grade. She pursued her Ph.D in HR from Symbiosis International (Deemed University) under the Faculty of Management. She is also a recognized Ph.D research guide and currently guiding 8 Ph.D scholars at Symbiosis International (Deemed University).

Dr. Netra has been in the profession of teaching by choice and finds a sense of satisfaction in being able to engage with the young minds. Dr. Netra Neelam is passionate about psychometry and is certified in internationally recognized psychometric instruments like MBTI®, FIRO-B®, Strong Interest Inventory®, Belbin®. She is also a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach Practitioner along with being certified in NLP, Hypnosis & Coaching.

She was invited to take part as a guest researcher in the DAAD-sponsored Centre for Modern Indian Studies at the University of Cologne (Germany). She has been invited to serve as a member of the Asia Pacific Advisory Council (APAC) and Indian Business School Directors Leadership Group (IBSDLG) by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Dr. Netra has attended various International seminars in India, Colombo, Thailand, and the USA which focused on delivering quality education in the field of Management. She particularly likes to engage in seminars and discussions on Assurance of Learning (AoL). In 2021 she was invited as a speaker at a webinar by the UK office of Belbin on Enhancing Academic Interactions to share insights on the extensive work done by her with the Belbin instrument for the benefit of student progression. She is a life member of NHRD and ISTD.

Dr. Netra has published various papers in National and International Journals indexed in Scopus and ABDC journal lists. Her research interests are in the area of organizational culture, commitment, learning strategy, collaborative learning, enhancing team effectiveness etc.

Dr. Netra Neelam has been actively involved in Management Development Programme for Corporates and has conducted functional and behavioral training programmes for executives from organizations like Tata Trusts, Adani Group, HPCL, Burckhardt Compressions, Gudel, etc. She also conducts Faculty Development Programme for teachers of undergraduate and postgraduate institutions in the area of personality, team building, transactional analysis etc, all of which contribute to behavioral development.

Dr. Abhijit Chirputkar has a blend of academic and consulting experience. He is a Chartered Accountant. He has a consulting experience of more than 10 years and teaching experience of more than 15 years.

He is a graduate (B.Com.) with distinction and post graduate (M.Com.) with distinction with 5th Rank in the University of Pune. He has passed Chartered Accountant examination and subsequently Certified Information System Auditor (USA) examination. He furthered his educationM.B.F. (Master of Business Finance) which is a highly prestigious post-CA examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He is also SET qualified. He is a fellow member of "The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India" as well as "The Information Systems Audit and Control Association" (ISACA) USA.

He has taught courses in various academic Institutes in Pune and also includes experience in corporate training, teaching to professional students and executive students. His teaching and research area include Financial, Cost and Management Accounting, Strategic Finance, Business Modelling and Planning. He has applied for a service mark in the field of Audit and Assurance. He has published more than 30 articles as well as three chapters in a book. He has presented papers at various International Conferences and won awards for Best Research Paper as well as for articles published.

Dr. Madhvi Sethi completed her post-doctoral fellowship from Indian School of Business(ISB), Hyderabad after doing her Doctorate in the area of financial markets. Her research interests lie in the area of financial markets, financial economics, mergers and acquisitions and capital structure decisions. She has presented papers in several international and national conferences. Her research papers have been published in various peer-reviewed journals in India and abroad. She has co-authored a book titled “Indian Business Groups: Strategy and Performance” which has been published by Cambridge University Press, India. Her co-authored cases are available on Harvard Business Publishing and Ivey Publishing. Dr. Sethi has been appointed as the Research Mentor for SIBM-Bengaluru by Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune. She has been involved in corporate programmes conducted at companies like L&T, Wipro and Infosys where she has been teaching executives at different management levels. Dr. Madhvi Sethi has been invited to deliver guest sessions at Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University (UK) and Gabelli School of Business, Fordham University (NY). She is also an adjunct Faculty with School of International Business and Entrepreneurship, Steinbeis University, Germany. She has won several accolades in the area of case research including the ISB-IVEY Case Competition and CII Western Region Case Competition. Her co-authored paper submission "Short-term and Long-term Market Reaction to M&A: Evidence from India" was selected for the NSE Research Scholar Program 2020.

Dr. Neha Parashar completed her doctorate degree in the area of behavioral finance (2008) and is a gold medalist student (University topper) during her MBA and M.Com. Her research interests lie in the area of financial markets, financial services, behavioural finance, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, wealth management, and financial planning. She has presented papers in several international and national conferences. Her research papers have been published in various peer-reviewed journals across.

She has been awarded India’s Best Finance Teacher by the Association of International Wealth Management of India (AIWMI), Best Young Teacher Award in Management Category by Academisthan Foundation, Awarded with Most Influential Women in Academics 2020 by Education Ninja and Academy of Management Professionals (AMP), Awarded with Indira Parikh 50 Women in Education Leaders by World Education Congress and Awarded with 100 Most Dedicated Professor by World Education Congress. She has authored a book named “Mutual Fund and Investors" published by Classical Publishing House, New Delhi. She has 18 years of rich teaching experience across several universities and colleges in India. She has also participated in 5 months long Faculty Development Programme organized at IIM, Ahmedabad.

Dr. Rao also holds a degree in Law and Education. He is the member of Subcommittee of BoS in Banking and Finance and also for BoE at Symbiosis International (Deemed University). He is active in promoting innovative pedagogy to make the learning more effective and provide deeper engagement with the audience. His teaching and research engagements were across prestigious universities and institutes like Osmania University, Kakatiya University and Centre for Economics and Social Sciences.He has been a part of the founding team at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Hyderabad, served as an Associate Professor and Deputy Director during 2016-2020. He has conducted training programmes for corporate executives and leaders at Cogent Ltd, Indian Railways, Bayer Ltd and L&T. He is also actively engaged in conducting Faculty Development workshops and Management Development Programs. He is invited as a speaker at various academic workshops and National Seminars on research methodology. He is a member of ISDSI and Telangana Commerce Association and is a part of committees at FTAPCCI and CII. He has taken over as Director, SCMS Noida in March 2020.

Dr Shailesh Rastogi is presently working as Director and Professor at SIBM Nagpur. Dr Rastogi is no stranger to the world of academia, boasting an impressive 23 years of experience in academic, research, and administrative roles. His forte extends beyond the classroom. He is passionate about faculty development programs, research, and the use of technology to enhance the learning experience.

Before joining SIBM Nagpur, Dr Rastogi worked as a Professor in one of the leading B-Schools of Symbiosis group, SIBM Pune. Before SIBM Pune, he was Dean of the MBA Program at Thiagarajar School of Management, Madurai. He has also served in several prestigious institutions including Jaipuria Institute of Management Jaipur, GLA University Mathura and Invertis University Bareilly. He had been Program Directors for PGDM, PGDM (Financial Services) and PGDM (Retail Management) for several years in Jaipuria Institute of Management Jaipur. During his previous stints in different institutes, he had also headed different teams regarding accreditations (International: ACBSP; National: NBA, NAAC) and regulatory compliances (AICTE and AIU).

Dr Rastogi has been instrumental and headed many sponsored consultancy projects, which include projects at Velammal Medical College & Hospital Madurai, RUIDP Government of Rajasthan Jaipur, IFFCO Bareilly and J K Sugar Mills Bareilly. His expertise includes conducting MDPs on Panel Data Econometrics, Financial Econometrics, Financial Analytics using spreadsheets & VB and Corporate Valuation. He is a prolific researcher with more than 150 research papers published in national and international journals of repute which are indexed in Scopus, Web of Science and ABDC. In addition, Dr Rastogi has more than 11 research scholars who have completed their doctorate under his supervision.

He has a PhD in Management (Finance) from MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. He is a management graduate from the National Institute of Technology, Allahabad (MNNIT). His areas of interest for teaching are Analytics (Financial Econometrics, Financial Modelling using Spreadsheet and VB, Financial Data Analytics using Python) and Valuation (Corporate Valuation and Corporate Finance).

His areas of interest for research are firm and bank performance, inclusive growth, financial materiality of sustainability, market integration and volatility spillover effect, circular economy, intangible assets and valuation, and leadership and spirituality. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dr Rastogi is an active contributor to social and spiritual causes, adding a unique dimension to his approach to education.

Dr. Aarti Mehta Sharma is a passionate academician who believes that quality education enriches lives immensely. Having worked in Industry and Academia at various levels, she brings forth a motivated attitude and a variety of powerful skills. With a strong background in Analytics, she believes that the “future-ready” student is one who has domain knowledge and is strong at Analytics.

She has more than 15 years of teaching experience at the Doctorate, Post-Graduate and Graduate levels and has worked for more than 8 years in the domain of research, which includes working with MODE Market Research, and FORE. Her areas of interest are the applications of decision sciences to management and she is adept at various analytics software such as R, Python, Power BI, Tableau etc. She believes in continuous learning and has participated in various Faculty Development Programmes as both, an instructor and a participant. She has been involved as a senior faculty in corporate programmes conducted for Wipro, Infosys and John Distillers where she has conducted workshops for different management levels on topics as wide ranging as Market Research, Visualization and Statistics. She has published papers in journals of renown and has attended and presented papers at various national and international conferences.

Dr. Vandana Ahuja works as Director and Professor at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Noida. She has over 24 years of experience and is the author of a book on Digital Marketing - published by Oxford University Press. Additionally, she has edited books on Managing Social Media Practices in a Digital Economy, Multidisciplinary Perspectives on Human Capital and Information Technology Professionals and Multidisciplinary perspectives towards developing a Digitally Competent society with IGI Global. She is the proud recipient of the ILDC-AMP award for excellence in Management Teaching and has researched the domain of the collaborative web, with focus on its contributions to the fields of Marketing and CRM. She has published several manuscripts in International and National Journals and also serves on the Editorial Board of several International Journals across publishing houses like Inderscience, Emerald and IGI Global. She has organised and chaired several International conferences and has guided Ph.D. students in the domain of CRM, Branding and Online Marketing. She teaches Digital Marketing and Marketing Analytics. Prior to her present stint at Symbiosis, she has worked with the Jaipuria Group as Dean-Academics, Amity University, IILM and Jaypee Business School.

Dr. Vandana has a very strong commitment to academic excellence and firmly believes that a well educated student population can provide innovative solutions to real life business problems and challenges. She feels that in this era of disruption, institutions should focus on building academic rigour based on a futuristic orientation as well as on identifying the skills required by the corporate sector. She has conducted several Management Development Programs across the domains of Marketing, Retail, Sales and Digital Marketing and has taught across many Working Manager Programs.
