Dr. Asmita Chitnis is a post graduate in Statistics and holds Ph.D degree in the field of Operations Management. She started her career with National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM) as a researcher and has worked on different projects of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) during this tenure. Later, she moved into teaching and has more than 24 years of academic and corporate training experience to her credit.
Dr. Mrs. Pratima Sheorey did her MBA in Marketing from the University of Pune and has more than 17 years of experience in the academic and corporate sector. She has worked with ORG-MARG (now ACNielsen), the Hero Group and others in the corporate sector and has been a faculty at various Institutes of Symbiosis International (Deemed University) . Dr. Rajesh Panda is a graduate of IIM, Ahmedabad and he holds MA in Economics and PhD in the area of Retailing. His areas of research include shopper buying behaviour, online retailing, social impact of economic growth, globalization etc. He has been awarded as the Best professor in Marketing Management by National Educational Leadership Awards (2014). He has also been awarded with Rashtra Vibhushan Award by Foundation for accelerated community development.

She has now been associated with Symbiosis for almost 10 years. She was Head-Marketing department at Symbiosis Institute of International Business before joining Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies as Deputy Director.
She is also a regular corporate trainer and has conducted training sessions/ modules for various corporate including Goldman Sachs Women Entrepreneurship program, Amdocs, Godrej ,McDonalds, Tata motors Development Centre among others. She has various case studies to her credit and some of them are available at European Case Clearing Centre now known as Case Centre. She has also written research papers in reputed journals including Scopus indexed journals. She has also been the second supervisor for Master thesis of students conducted under Berlin School of Economics and Law, Germany. Her areas of research include Consumer Behaviour, Sales Management and Services Marketing. She is NET qualified, double Post Graduate and an alumni of St Stephens College.
