Hi, I’m Amit Kumar, Managing Director at Accenture Strategy and Consulting, and a proud alumnus of SIBM Pune, Batch of 2000. During my time at SIBM, I had the privilege of being part of the Corporate Relations Team. Some of the valuable lessons I learned at SIBM were how to foster both personal and group excellence, and effectively maximize available resources.

Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, has truly become an iconic institution. With Dr. Altekar at the helm, I am confident the institution will continue to achieve remarkable success. The relationships formed at SIBM are built on pure friendship and mutual respect, which last a lifetime.

My time at SIBM Pune, particularly the two years spent at the Senapati Bapat Marg campus, laid the foundation for my corporate career and subsequent success. I owe so much to the institution and its dedicated faculty, and I can't thank them enough for their support and guidance. Graduating from INSEAD has equipped me with the latest management concepts, and I am eager to give back to SIBM Pune by sharing my knowledge and experiences with future managers.

My name is Amit Malik and I am from the batch of 1999 SIBM Pune has grown over the years not only in its curriculum but also in its teaching pedagogy and a beautiful campus in Pune. The Alumni community has grown from strength to strength and today play a major role in shaping the business not only in India but around the globe. I was the student president of the batch of 1999 and it was here at SIBM Pune that I learned my early lessons in leadership.

My name is Prakash Wakankar I am privileged to be from the sixth batch of SIBM Pune, passing out in 1985. I think the secret sauce which is endured for years if not for decades at symbiosis is the fact it is one of the few institutions around the world that allows students to effectively run the place. This student empowerment coupled with the value-based learning makes it an unique place for most people to experience.
